The May meeting welcomes this month’s speaker our one and only Chairman, Adam Batting who is talking about textile printing.
Starts at 11am - talk with presentation.
A message from the treasurer
Could I please remind people who haven't already paid that subs are due. The method of payment can be in advance by bank transfer or by cash or card at Guild.
Louise will have an update on our bunting project. The theme is flora and fauna and the general requirements for making bunting is each contributed flag has to be A5 sized and strung on a braid.
Hot off the press - the guild mugs have arrived and will be on sale!
The sales table
There will be a sales table on Saturday. The same rules apply, please see Nadine or committee member before leaving any fibre related items you wish to put up for sale. Guild will deduct 10% of all sales for Guild funds. Any items not sold must be collected & taken home with you, as we have no room for storage.
Any fibre related donations will be gratefully received.
Show and tell
We had some lovely items to admire last month so please bring your latest projects to share with us.
Library will be open
For browsing, loans & returns…. thank you Maya/ Bev.
Equipment hire
If anyone wants to hire equipment please email Guild Secretary in advance. So we can be sure equipment required is on site.
House keeping
Free coffee & tea will be available during the day. Bring your own lunch and lovely cake is gratefully received and a big thank you for last month’s contributions.

Saturday, June 20th - Jen Best is talking about her textile art exhibition last year at Whitchurch Silk Mill called A Fascination of Trees.
Please note that if Jen is unable to make it we will watch The Nettle Dress film instead.
